Terms of service

The service

Kontain is software for managing clients and invoices. You are responsible for your invoices, tax filings, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. Kontain does not provide tax or legal advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not abuse the service (for example attacks, spam, illegal content, or attempts to break security).

Your content

You keep ownership of the clients, invoices, and other content you enter. You grant us a limited right to host and process that content only to provide the service.

Trial and paid plans

New accounts may use a 14-day free trial with full product access. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan (Starter or Pro). Prices are shown on the pricing page and in your account. Payments are handled by our payment provider under their terms.

Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned or emergency maintenance may occur.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kontain is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, or for decisions you make based on data in Kontain.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law. Subject to mandatory law, the courts of Spain have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights to bring proceedings where you live.
